I would like to publically appreciate a company called Globaleyeglasses.com for their Customer service efforts!
I was just on their site the other day and saw an offer for one pair of eyeglasses and one pair of sunglasses for $25.00
So I called the customer service to help me choose both pairs of eyeglasses. A woman picked up and I think she was Indian. Anyway, she asked me what I was looking for specifically. I told her I didn’t know what I wanted just that they should be comfortable. She started showing me all the latest designs that she thought would suit me. Fortunately our tastes matched! She opened exactly the ones I would have clicked on myself.
Once I was done picking both my eyeglasses she started up the billing process. My order was being generated when she asked me for my “mo-by-l” number. I just, for the love of god, could not figure out what she was asking me for! Immediately a man, also Indian I guess, took over the conversation. He introduced himself and got the job done quickly. And just like that I found myself waiting on two pairs of eyeglasses.
Amazing! They had picked the best people for the job, a woman for the fashion and comfort and a man for the billing and processing. I loved their customer service. If all my shopping experiences get this easy I would be a happier woman.
